Provider Information

The Franklin County Office on Aging Quality Improvement (QI) team works with service providers to ensure contract compliance and quality service delivery for our residents enrolled in Senior Options.

QI is responsible for certifying provider agencies, providing technical assistance as needed, and monitoring service delivery in accordance with our conditions of participation and service specifications. In addition, QI works with our service providers to resolve any resident complaints, as well as formally recognize a worker’s exemplary performance.

Service Providers are established and qualified businesses who contract with the Franklin County Office on Aging. For more information on becoming a Service Provider for the Senior Options Program:
