The Franklin County Office on Aging (FCOA), in partnership with the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center, is excited to announce its inaugural “Block Pawty” as part of their collaborative initiative, Mission Pawsible. This community event will take place on Friday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center.
